ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few additional days - we will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.
SHIPPING TIME
Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 6-11 business days, depending on your location and the specific product ordered. Some items may take longer during high-demand periods, carrier delays, or customs processing. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather events, or high order volume during promotions or holidays.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@thefindloft.com.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. The Find Loft is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@thefindloft.com - we cannot guarantee a change once an order has entered processing.
LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, as packages are sometimes delivered to a nearby address in error. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at support@thefindloft.com within 10 days of the delivery date so we can assist you.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@thefindloft.com within 14 days of delivery, along with photos of the item and packaging, so we can make it right.
